During a recent investigation it was discovered that a property maintenance employee who worked unsupervised at a number of sites was found to be using his employer’s vehicle, fuel and tools to undertake work for his own personal gain.
It was found that the employee was undertaking extra work during his working hours and personal time without the knowledge of his employer.
Additionally, the employee was recycling and selling over-ordered resources such as copper cabling and metal fixtures for personal gain.
Security Guarding and Mobile Patrol
We were contacted by a farmer who had concerns that his family, farm and livestock could become a target for criminals following a series of recorded crime incidents in his general area.
The farmer had already invested in some simple security measures but wanted a physical presence at night to address his concerns and that of his family.
We were able to provide security officers and a mobile patrol until the farmers concerns were alleviated.
We continue to provide reassurance through rural patrolling in the area in support of a number of farms, particularly during the darker, winter months.
Recently, a significant utilities client approached us with an existing problem. A well-known security provider were unable to provide high quality reliable security officers at short notice which resulted in many sites being left unmanned overnight, leaving them vulnerable to crime or terrorism.
Our operations teams rose to the challenge and assisted with the management of the contract, which we were then awarded on a long term basis as a result of our efforts. To date, we have a 100% success rate in supplying high quality officers to those sites at short notice and a very satisfied client.

We have recently built upon our success and reputation by providing site security and induction training to in-house security teams and new employees on behalf of our clients.
Currently with one of our largest clients we conduct the full recruitment process on their behalf conducting interviews, assessment, screening and training of their candidates.
Additionally, we can conduct vetting and screening of our clients employees to British Standard 7858:2012, the same standard of screening we apply to our own employees.
